Sorry I haven’t been writing. It’s just been a really difficult time. I think the crows have been coming around a lot more often than they should, and they are bothering me. 

I am a little concerned about my sanctuary. You promised that if I had the courage to take the leap of faith with you, you would provide me with the sanity and the strength to make all these happen.

Well, the darkness is looming and I am afraid. I am worried about your promise not being kept, and that your words are merely for comfort. 

Tell me now how far should I go and how long should I wait. The night drags on and I hear their cries, the flutter of their stained wings and feel the night of their stares.
